TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Bookings & Deposits​

A deposit is required to secure your date. Dates are not held until the deposit is received.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date if Che Saw Beauty is available.

Full payment for services is due 14 days prior to booking date. If payment is not received by this date, services may be cancelled.

Booking details, including the number of clients and services, must be accurate. If a member of your party cancels, you may replace them with another client.

Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be communicated in writing (email or text).

Notice periods:

• More than 60 days: deposit forfeited.

• Less than 60 days: 50% of total service fee due.

• Less than 14 days: 100% of total service fee due.

Rescheduling: If Che Saw Beauty is unavailable for a new date, the deposit may be applied to an alternative date or a suitable replacement may be provided.

 

Force Majeure: Che Saw Beauty is not liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, public health emergencies, extreme weather, or emergencies).

3. Trials

Trials are recommended but not mandatory.

Trials are booked and paid separately.

If a client opts out of a trial, they accept the stylist’s advice for color, style, and products. Major changes on the event day are not guaranteed and may cause delays.

Trial scheduling is subject to artist availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide a clean, product-free base (hair, skin) unless advised otherwise.

Clients and guests must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened services without refund.

Adequate workspace, access to power, and proper lighting must be provided.

Children, pets, or additional guests are asked to give us space for health and safety reasons.

5. Artist Responsibilities & Substitutions

Che Saw Beauty reserves the right to substitute another qualified artist in case of illness, emergency, or unavoidable circumstances.

Travel fees for locations outside standard service areas, parking, tolls, and venue fees are the responsibility of the client.

 

6. Health & Safety / Allergies

Clients must disclose any allergies or medical conditions prior to services.

Che Saw Beauty uses professional-grade, sanitized products, but cannot guarantee against allergic reactions.

 Services are provided at the client’s own risk. Liability is waived for allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, or related issues.

7. Liability & Indemnity

Che Saw Beauty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed events, emotional distress, or dissatisfaction with outcomes.

Clients agree to indemnify Che Saw Beauty for claims resulting from failure to disclose relevant information, unsafe conditions, or misuse of services.

8. Photography & Marketing

By booking, clients consent to photos/videos being used for marketing unless otherwise notified in writing prior to the event.

9. Service Outcome

Che Saw Beauty will strive to achieve the desired look. Results may vary depending on hair/skin type, condition, and client input. Exact replication of reference images is not guaranteed.

10. Payments & Additional Fees

Full payment must be received by the due date which is 14 days prior to booking date.
 

Additional fees may apply for:

• Long, thick, or wet hair requiring extra preparation

• Styling and installing clip-in, halo, or weft extensions

• Lash applications

• Travel, tolls, parking, or secondary locations

 

11. Privacy

All client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

12. Website

Information provided on the website is for general guidance and may be updated at any time.

​

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with your invoice, constitute the full agreement between Che Saw Beauty and the client. No verbal agreements are binding unless confirmed in writing.

 

14. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
